Why Do You Use Squarespace?
Most importantly: I will build the website on Squarespace. Why is this important? Most people design a beautiful website then leave it there and let it sit. I believe that the business owners and managers need access to important features to stay in tune with their business and their customers. The best way to utilize a website is to have it work with you and treat it as a communication system between you and your customers. This is why I work with you to teach you how to navigate and manage marketing, analytics, selling, and even scheduling tools to put the power and control in your hands.
What if I Don’t Have Photos or Videos?
Lucky for you, I am also an experienced film producer. Any good marketer knows the power of video on a site. It will make it stickier, enhance the customer experience, and ultimately, generate sales. We can discuss the different packages I offer -if you are looking for something simple, I’ll be able to find stock photos and videos to enhance your site. What’s the Process Look Like?
I will present a guide of the components we need for the website. I will provide the site navigation, the copy, the brand kit, and the overall design strategy to give your customers the best experience.
Once we agree on the website components, I will l create a crisp, clean, easy to navigate website on Squarespace for both desktop and mobile. The design will be intuitive for the customer to follow. This experience will gently guide them to understand who you are as a company, how you do business, and most importantly, what you have to offer them.
Once we agree on a design, we examine the photo and video elements necessary to make your products and your team shine. We will produce videos and photos with a consistent look that match your brand.
Once the photos and videos are produced and incorporated into your site, I will spend a session with your team teaching you how to navigate and manage all of the tools that Squarespace has to offer. While I am always just a call away, I see this as the most important part of the process. It will give you powerful tools to help drive your business.
